What the FFW Free Plan Is
The Fit For Work™ Free Plan is a no-cost safety awareness tool designed to help workers and businesses complete basic fit-for-work self-checks, record simple notes, and maintain everyday readiness—without paperwork overload.
It is not a medical device and does not replace professional judgement. It supports awareness, consistency, and accountability.
Getting Started
1. Open the App
- Launch the Fit For Work™ App
- Select Free Plan
- No payment details required
Daily Use – Step by Step
2. Complete a Fit-For-Work Self-Check
Use the daily self-check before starting work or when conditions change.
You’ll be prompted to consider:
- Alertness and fatigue
- Hydration and heat/cold exposure
- General wellbeing
- Ability to safely perform tasks
Respond honestly. The check is about awareness, not pass/fail.
3. Review Your Readiness Result
After completing the check:
- You’ll receive a readiness indicator
- If risks are flagged, the app prompts you to pause, reassess, or escalate
This helps prevent incidents before work begins.
4. Add Optional Notes
You can record simple notes such as:
- Fatigue concerns
- Environmental conditions
- Minor incidents or observations
Notes are optional but useful for basic records and conversations.
5. Save Your Entry
All entries are:
- Time-stamped
- Stored locally within the app
- Available for review when needed
